About our SKL agreement
Vida Building is one of four building manufacturers that is part of SKL’s framework agreement. The framework agreement means that public authorities that are connected to SKI (central purchasing department) can procure affordable homes without needing to procure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (LOU).
The buildings that have been procured are referred to as lamellhus, three/four-storey apartment buildings, which adhere to building regulations even in noisy locations as the bedrooms can be placed on the quiet side of the house. The framework agreement is valid between 1 March 2017 and 28 February 2021.
Apartments in a variety of formats
The construction of the pre-fabricated volume buildings, in three different models and with different combinations, means there is great flexibility and possibility to adapt the buildings to different housing needs. This also means that the plot space can be used effectively. Given that we focus on the three models, production is also optimised which makes for a cost-effective product with a short delivery time.
Short description of the building type:
• Available as 2, 3 or 4-storey building
• Contain a mixture of studio, 1 and 2-bedroom apartments
• Suitable for district heating
• Ventilation system with heat recovery
• Washer/dryer in every apartment
• Lift in 3 and 4-storey models, as well as the possibility to add a lift to 2-storey models
• Balcony or outside area in all apartments of one-bedroom or larger
• Energy consumption equivalent to 70 kWh per m2 per year in the Enköping zone
• Construction period of 5 – 8 months.
• Costs approximately SEK 16,000 – 20,000 per BOA (square meter of habitable area) including a standard foundation, but dependant on the number of storeys, supplier, choice of façade, etc.
