Pallet blocks and other products made from composite material are very strong. At Vida’s plant in Ryd we have great know-how regarding manufacturing of wood composites (WPC).
At the plant, we mainly manufacture different extruded products and also granulated material that is then used in injection moulding. The percentage of wood can vary from around 15% to 80%, depending on the product and area of application. The plastic raw material usually consists of recycled plastics that receive a new life through our process.

Vida uses a mixture of thermoplastics and wood fibres to manufacture a granulate material for extrusion or injection moulding. Plastic, renewable raw materials, colouring and other additives can be used to manufacture a customised product.
