At Vida we build plane surface elements for both houses and apartment buildings. We provide pre-fabricated buildings with a tried-and-tested concept for wall units and intermediate floors.
We have great experience of different types of projects, both for larger construction companies such as Skanska and NCC, as well as for smaller and medium-sized construction companies in the southern part of Sweden. Vida has become well-known for maintaining high quality throughout the entire value chain, not only for quality pre-fabricated houses, but also for precision, scope of delivery and also contractual matters, timetables and responses.
Processed Swedish forest raw materials
Materials are selected with consideration for both quality and the environment. The raw material comes from fir trees grown in nearby forests, which is then processed in one of Vida’s own sawmills. The wood is visually inspected by experts before it is allowed to become part of a Vida wall unit.
