A part of our culture and history

Lessebo has provided several of the greatest authors in the country with paper of the best quality. Both Strindberg and Moberg praised our paper for bearing the unique character of the forests of Småland. The entire treasury of Cornelis Vreeswijk‘s lyrics and music is kept as originals on beautiful handmade paper.

Even if you are no great author or artist, you may have your company logo on everything, from letter paper to visit cards. That’s why all our paper can be manufactured with logos or initials as watermarks. Letter paper can even bear your own name. The sheets all have deckled edges as a sign of hand made quality, but if you wish we can also cut them as you wish. We manufacture three main types of paper: Bikupan, Post and Havamal. They are mainly used for letter paper, envelopes and visit cards. They also can be packed as gifts special for weddings or birthdays. They also lend themselves perfectly for marriage and baptism certificates, wills, state papers, exam certificate etc. Besides we offer, among other things we can offer special paper and guest books.

Art for artists – wellknown and nonwellknown

The gap between handicraft and art is smaller than one can imagine: a quality handicraft often becomes part of the work of art. A work of art defines a time and its people, and we want it to last forever. The easiest way to ensure this is to use quality paper. To produce this material together with experienced artists is most probably the best way

In order to obtain the longevity necessary for archive paper, which has to keep its lustre for several centuries, we use pure cotton fibres as raw material. We can vary the size, weight and structure of the paper we produce for a wider choice.
